No, you did not read wrong! 🙂 We offer Free Shipping on all orders. However, you can still choose the Fast Priority Shipping option, which includes Loss Insurance if you are worried about your package. This option is extra and costs $3.90 USD.
Shipping
To avoid unnecessary Co2 generation during transportation, we limit the distance our orders travel. Therefore, we ship your orders directly to you from the place where they are manufactured.
Eliminating extra fulfillment centers may mean your order takes a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24 kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. (sometimes during busy periods, this can be a little longer so don’t worry!)
